Aliada Create v2.0.0

While we have not updated the version number of Aliada since last summer, most of these features have been deployed over the last five months.

This release brings many meaningful improvements to how you collaborate, share, and track your work in Aliada. You’ll find new ways to stay connected with your team through activity summaries and contribution graphs, easier access to help resources, and a personalized year-end Rewind feature. We’ve also made sharing faster, login more flexible, and fixed many issues.

New Features

Built-in Help & News Help and news resources are now integrated directly into Aliada, so you can find answers and stay updated without leaving the app.

Activity Contributions Graph See a visual timeline of your work across all teams and projects. The graph shows when you’ve been most active and helps you track your collaboration patterns.

Rewind: Your Year in Review Get a personalized summary of your year in Aliada, including uploads, versions, comments, and collaboration stats. Share your Rewind publicly with a unique link to celebrate your creative work.

Library Access for All The Library is now available to everyone, giving you a central place to organize and browse all your assets.

Login with Username You can now log in using your username in addition to your email address.

Team Invitations on Dashboard Team invitations appear directly on your dashboard with email reminders, making it harder to miss when someone wants you to join their team.

Improvements

Faster Share Links Share links load significantly faster thanks to database optimizations. This is especially noticeable if you have many active shares.

Better Share Button Language The share button now says “End Share” instead of “Expire Share”—clearer and more straightforward.

More Complete Share Details Asset details pages on share links show more complete information, including how many people you’ve shared with and better audio analysis data.

Add Version Button on Player A new button in the player makes it easier to add versions directly while you’re listening.

Improved Upload Feedback After uploading a new version, you’ll see clearer toast messages explaining exactly what happened. The upload dialog also now says “Add New Version” instead of “Upload New Version” for clarity.

Better Media Session Info When using AirPlay or viewing media controls on iOS, you’ll see your team and project branding instead of generic “Aliada” text.

Team Member Details Team pages now show join dates and role information for all members, including pending invitees.

Clearer Attachment Limits When you hit attachment limits, you’ll see a more helpful message explaining what happened and what to do next.

Modernized Todos Interface Todo management has been upgraded with a cleaner, more modern experience.

Improved Accessibility Focus indicators are now consistent across the app for easier keyboard navigation. Tooltips no longer get cut off on the player page. Navigation links are more readable in dark mode. Screen readers can better identify buttons and controls.

Better Dark Mode Support Third-party components now follow dark mode styling more consistently throughout the app.

Smarter Help Drawer The help and news drawer properly resets when you navigate between pages, and tooltips automatically hide when help content loads.

Faster Contribution Graph The contributions graph loads faster with intelligent caching, so you don’t have to wait as long to see your activity timeline.

Mobile Experience Improved scrolling and layout on smaller screens makes the mobile experience more usable.

Audio Normalization Preferences You can now set audio normalization preferences in your user profile.

Share Email Notifications Share link email notifications now include the correct version you specified when creating the share.

Analytics Panel Loading Fixed errors that prevented the analytics panel from loading properly.

Navigation Smoothness Page navigation feels smoother with routing fixes that eliminated jarring transitions.

Comment Refresh Efficiency Comments no longer make redundant server requests when refreshing, reducing unnecessary load.

AirPlay Support Fixed CORS headers to properly support AirPlay streaming from iOS devices.

Image Updates Profile and asset images now update properly when you change them.

Billing View Errors Resolved an error that occurred when accessing certain billing-related views.

AI-Generated Images AI-generated images now appear correctly when creating new teams or projects.
