Aliada Create v2.1.0

Aliada v2.1.0 gives Studio and Enterprise teams more control over work before it’s ready to release. Audio Cutoff Protection lets an admin hold back the end of a session, while Studio Branding puts your logo and URL on work you share. We’ve also added Aliada apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, favorite versions, feedback threads, a new sharing experience, and a player that keeps the music going as you move around. We renamed “Asset” to “Session” too, which is how people already talk about their work.

New Features

Audio Cutoff Protection Studio and Enterprise teams can use Audio Cutoff Protection for sessions that haven’t been paid for or aren’t ready for release. A team admin can hold back the final 1-50% of each version in the session. The protected end is marked on the waveform and is unavailable to listeners and non-administrators. Team admins keep full playback and download access.

Studio Branding Studio and Enterprise users can set a studio logo and URL. They appear on shared sessions, so listeners can see where the work came from and visit the studio’s website. Studio branding also appears on your profile and in the player.

Aliada Apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac Play shared sessions in the new Aliada apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The apps are still in beta, so you can join through TestFlight while we get ready for the official release.

A Player Bar That Follows You Audio keeps playing when you move between pages, and the player bar follows you around Aliada.

“Session” Replaces “Asset” “Session” has replaced “Asset” throughout the interface, so Aliada now uses the same word musicians use for their work.

Library 1.1 Library 1.1 shows your total storage use at a glance. If you work across multiple teams, you’ll also see a breakdown for each team.

Favorites Mark a version as a favorite with a star. Favorites appear in the compare view and version menus, and you can create a share that includes only the versions you’ve picked.

Better Sharing Save public shares to “Shared with Me” so you can find them later. Paid plans can create links that don’t expire, and the share links table can open your device’s share menu directly.

Feedback Threads Send feedback or bug reports to Aliada Staff from the toolbar. You can attach a screenshot and keep the conversation going inside Aliada.

Contacts Management You can archive, restore, or delete contacts and filter for trashed contacts. Aliada also remembers your preferred page size between visits.

Analytics Breakdowns New analytics charts break plays down by operating system, OS manufacturer, app, and app version. They also identify plays from the Aliada app correctly.

Improvements

Sharing and Search The share page has smoother transitions, clearer actions, and better loading states. Playlist and shared-session searches now include sessions from active shares. Results show only the versions each share allows.

Privacy and Permissions Team member email addresses are visible only to the team owner. Team invitations can be accepted only by the email address they were sent to. We’ve also tightened permission checks across contacts, submission boxes, and other core areas.

Login Login buttons remain disabled until the security check finishes. This keeps automated abuse out without creating duplicate submissions.

Mobile Support Tables turn into readable cards on smaller screens and use a dash when a value is unavailable. Player and compare headers now handle long titles and align info icons correctly. Phones and tablets no longer bounce past the edge of the page when scrolling.

Uploads and Versions Upload limits are described accurately before you choose a file. Changing a version’s normalization settings now has a clearer flow and better processing feedback.

Accessibility Emoji reactions work fully from the keyboard, player shortcuts are more consistent, and tooltips behave better across mouse and touch input.

Bug Fixes

• Password-protected shares unlock reliably and keep access while audio loads.
• Team invitation links open correctly, and pending invitation dialogs display as expected.
• You no longer receive notifications for your own comments.
• “Shared with Me” and recent-session cards refresh after sharing activity instead of showing stale results.
• Analytics charts remain stable when filters change.
• Fixed crashes involving missing versions, profile normalization settings, and invalid time zones.
• Compare controls now show the correct session image, reset the playhead correctly, and handle processing versions more clearly.
